Digital Domination Marketing, Las Vegas

The Rules for This Site and for Working With Us

Effective September 1, 2026. Digital Domination Marketing, LLC runs this site out of 981 Baronet Dr Suite 500a, Las Vegas, NV 89138. Nick Thompson and Dan Dirksen founded the company.

Two Documents, and Only One of Them Is This Page

People confuse these constantly, so start here. This page governs how you use digitaldomination.vegas: reading it, submitting a form, dialing the number printed on it. A signed client agreement governs the work we do for a paying client, including scope, fees, term, deliverables, and ownership. Where the two ever appear to disagree, the signed agreement controls.

Using this site means you accept what is written here. If a line does not sit right with you, close the tab or call (702) 291-9580 and ask about it before sending anything. These terms apply to this domain, not to client websites we build and host, each of which publishes its own.

Nothing Here Is an Offer, a Quote, or a Contract

Pages on this site describe services, methods, and how this work typically goes for local businesses in the valley. Any dollar figure you find is an illustration, not a price attached to your business. Any timeline describes the usual pattern, not a commitment made to you.

A real engagement begins one way: a qualification call, then a written proposal, then a signature from both sides. We turn work down regularly, including work in a trade and service area already committed to somebody else. Sending a form does not reserve a territory, does not obligate us to take you on, and does not obligate you to hire us.

How the 12-Week Guarantee Attaches

The guarantee is real and it is narrow: top three in the Google Map Pack inside twelve weeks, or the work costs you nothing. It is extended only after a qualification call, because we will not promise a result for a business we have not looked at. The tracked search terms, the geography being measured, and what counts as a pass are written into the agreement before anyone signs.

Territory exclusivity works the same way: one business per trade per service area. Say a plumbing company already has us covering Henderson and Green Valley. The next Henderson plumber to call gets a no. That protects the client who signed first, and it is the reason the honest answer to can you take us on is sometimes no.

  • The guarantee attaches through a signed agreement, never through a claim on a web page
  • It assumes you hold up your end: profile access, responses to review requests, and a phone somebody answers
  • Exclusivity is defined by named trade and named service area inside the agreement
  • Qualification exists so we only promise results we have reason to believe we can produce

The Writing on This Site Belongs to Us

The copy, the page structures, the graphics, the company name, and the logo are the property of Digital Domination Marketing, LLC. You are welcome to read all of it, print it, forward a link to your partner, or quote a paragraph with attribution and a link back to the page it came from.

What you may not do is lift these pages onto another website or rebuild them for a competing agency. The neighborhood and trade pages here took real work, and pages like them have a habit of turning up word for word on somebody else's domain a few months later. We check for that.

  • No automated scraping, bulk crawling for copying, or harvesting of contact details
  • No republishing our pages or substantial portions of them, translated or otherwise
  • No use of our name or logo in a way that implies a partnership that does not exist
  • No probing, overloading, or interfering with the site or the systems behind it

Google Decides What Google Decides

A large share of this work runs on platforms nobody outside those companies controls. Google can change how the Map Pack ranks, reorganize categories, suspend a profile, or ship a feature that reshuffles results across the valley overnight. Review platforms filter reviews by rules they do not publish. Ad platforms rewrite policy without notice.

We plan around that and deal with it when it lands, but we do not control it and do not accept liability for it. When a platform action traces back to something outside our work, such as an address problem that predates us or a lapsed license, fixing it is a project rather than a warranty claim. What we commit to is telling you plainly what happened and what the road back looks like.

Liability, Changes, and Nevada Law

To the extent the law allows, our total liability connected with this site or with any service is capped at the fees you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost data, or interruption to your business. The site is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be free of errors or always available.

These terms can be revised. When they are, the effective date at the top changes, and the version posted here is the version that applies. Nevada law governs, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Clark County. If a court sets aside one part of this page, everything else keeps operating.

Questions we get asked

I submitted the map audit form. Am I committed to anything?

No. The form starts a conversation and produces a report. There is no fee, no auto-enrollment, and no contract created by sending it. If we think we can help, you get a call and a proposal. If we cannot help, or the territory is taken, you get told that instead.

Is the 12-week guarantee binding just because it appears on your website?

No, and you should be suspicious of any agency that says otherwise. Marketing copy is not a contract. The guarantee becomes enforceable when it is written into a signed agreement with your search terms, your geography, and your pass criteria spelled out. Ask to read those lines before you sign anything, here or anywhere else.

Can I copy the copy from your area pages onto my own site?

No. Take the ideas, take the approach, write your own words about your own business. Duplicating this text does not help you anyway: Google has already indexed it here, and copied pages tend to be filtered rather than ranked. It also puts you on the receiving end of a takedown notice.

If we stop working together, who owns the website and the content?

That question is answered in the agreement you sign, not on a terms page, because the answer depends on what you engaged us to build. Ask about it during the proposal stage and get the answer in writing. Any agency that will not put ownership terms on paper before you sign is telling you something.

What happens if Google suspends my profile in the middle of an engagement?

We tell you the same day we spot it, identify the likely trigger, and work the correction and appeal. What we will not do is pretend it never happens or blame it on the algorithm. If the trigger predates our work, such as an address or category problem that was already live, the reinstatement effort is handled as its own piece of work.

Where would a dispute between us be handled?

Clark County. Nevada law governs these terms, and any claim gets filed in the state or federal courts sitting here. Both of us are in the same county, which keeps that simple. Before it reaches that point, call the office: nearly everything gets solved on a phone call.
