See Your Real Map Position Before You Spend a Dollar

We sample your placement from real locations around the valley and hand you the file, whether or not you ever hire us.

What We Actually Run

We take the three to five searches that make you money, then check where your listing places for each one from a spread of locations across the territory you serve. Not from your desk. From points out in Henderson, up in Centennial Hills, down in Enterprise, wherever your customers are standing when they pull out a phone.

That produces a picture instead of a number. Owners tend to describe their ranking as a single position because that is what they see when they search themselves, signed in, sitting on top of their own pin. The real shape is lopsided: strong for a couple of miles, thin by five, and gone in a zip that has been sending them referral work for years.

While we are in there we also look at the listing itself and at the two or three companies holding the seats you want. Category, service list, review pace, photo quality, and whether the website behind the profile backs up what the profile claims. Most of what limits a business here is visible from the outside.

What Is in the File You Get Back

It is short and it is specific. No score out of 100, no color-coded dashboard, nothing that requires a follow-up call to interpret.

  • Your placement for each money search, read off one sample location at a time
  • The zip codes and communities where you do not appear at all
  • The businesses currently taking those calls, named, so you can go look at them yourself
  • The setup problems on your Google profile that are costing you eligibility, category being the usual culprit
  • What the AI assistants say when somebody asks them to recommend your kind of business here, and whether your name comes up at all
  • An honest read on whether your category in your area is winnable, and roughly how hard

What This Audit Will Not Tell You

It is a map audit. It measures visibility, not revenue. It cannot tell you how many of those searches would have booked, what your close rate is, or how much a missing zip is worth in dollars. We can do that arithmetic with you on the call using your own average ticket, and it is arithmetic, not a projection.

It is also not a full website review, not an ad account audit, and not a report on what your competitors spend. Those are separate jobs and pretending otherwise would just pad the document. And it will not promise you a timeline. Anybody who looks at a grid for ten minutes and tells you the top three is thirty days away is guessing at your expense.

Timing, and the Four Things We Need

We aim to have the audit back to you inside one business day. Reviewing it together takes fifteen to twenty minutes on the phone, and that is the whole time commitment on your end.

To run it properly we need very little, and none of it is account access. We do not ask for your Google Business Profile login, your website admin, or anything with a password attached.

  • Your business name and address exactly as they read on your Google listing
  • The services you want more calls for, not the entire menu
  • The communities you actually serve, whether that is one side of the 215 or the whole valley
  • A phone number and email to send the results to

Why We Give It Away

Because it is how we decide whether to take you. We only put the twelve week promise on a business after a qualification call, and the audit is what that call is built on. There are trades and service areas in this valley where the top three is held by companies with a decade of review history and a pin closer to the customer than yours will ever be. Finding that out before anybody pays anybody is better for both of us.

It also settles the territory question early. We run one business per trade per service area, so the first thing we check is whether your seat is still open. If the HVAC slot in Green Valley happens to be spoken for, that comes out during the call, and the only thing you are out is twenty minutes.

You Keep It Either Way

The audit is yours. Take it to another company, hand it to the marketing person you already pay, or work through the fixes yourself. Several of them are things an owner can handle in an afternoon: getting the primary category right, filling out the service list in the words customers use, and asking the last twenty happy customers for a review.

If you would rather hand the work off, the offer is top three placement inside twelve weeks or you are not billed, and it goes on the table only after a qualification call. Ring (702) 291-9580, or send the request and we will begin with the map.

Questions we get asked

Do you need access to my Google Business Profile to run this?

No. Everything in the audit comes from what is publicly visible, which is the same thing your customers see. If we end up working together there is a point where access matters, but nothing about the free audit requires a password.

How is this different from the automated reports that hit my inbox every week?

Those are software output, usually a grade generated from a single query run from one location, sent to thousands of businesses at once. This is run against your actual money searches from points across your real service area, and a person reads it before you do. That is also why it takes a day rather than a second.

I already pay an SEO company. Is there any point?

That is one of the better reasons to get one. You end up with an independent read of the same map your current provider is reporting on. If their work is landing, the grid shows it and you can stop worrying. If it is not, you now have a specific question to ask them instead of a vague feeling.

What if the audit shows I am already doing fine?

Then we tell you and we do not try to sell you something. It happens, especially in thinner categories out in Boulder City or the far northwest where one well-run listing can hold most of the market. You keep the file and we get on with our day.

Does it cover whether ChatGPT and the other assistants recommend me?

Yes. We ask the assistants the kind of question a valley customer would ask, then note whether your business gets named and which competitors do. It is a different pipe than the Map Pack and it is increasingly the first place somebody looks before they ever open Maps.

My service area is huge. Will you audit all of it?

We will measure the whole thing, then tell you which parts are worth contesting. A northwest shop that lists Anthem on its website is chasing forty minutes of freeway for a call it will almost never get, and the file usually turns up more unclaimed money within three miles of the front door than anywhere on the far side of the valley. Wide reading, narrow spending.
