Taking Your Number Out of Our Rotation
Effective September 1, 2026. One clear sentence from you ends it, and this page explains exactly what happens after you send it.
Ending It Takes One Sentence
You do not need a magic word, a statute citation, or a manager. Any clear request, said in any words, in any of the ways below, takes your number out of rotation for good.
If the voice on the other end is an AI agent, the same sentence works. Saying stop to the agent is logged exactly the way a person on our team would log it, and you never have to wait to be transferred to a human first.
- ▸On a text: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP and you get our contact details back instead
- ▸On a call: the words stop or do not call are enough, or use keypad 9 when a prompt offers it
- ▸By phone: dial (702) 291-9580 and ask for your number to go on the internal list
- ▸By email: send privacy@digitaldomination.ai the number you want dropped, and nothing else is needed
Why Your Phone Rang in the First Place
Almost everyone we reach out to is a valley business owner who asked us to get in touch: a map audit request, a form on one of these pages, a call you placed first, or a conversation at a local event. When consent is collected on a form, the language sits above the button where you can read it, and agreeing to it is never a requirement for buying anything from us.
We also do plain business to business outreach to published company numbers. Even there the standard we hold is the same one, and a single request ends the contact permanently rather than pausing it for a quarter.
What Our Texts Are and How Often They Come
Opting in gets you a small number of practical messages: a confirmation that your request landed, a reminder before a scheduled call, the link to your finished map audit, and occasional notes about what we do. Typical volume runs 2-6 messages a month and is often lower than that.
- ▸Standard message and data rates can apply, and what that costs you depends on the plan you are on
- ▸Carriers do not guarantee delivery, so a message that shows up late or never shows up is outside our hands
- ▸Your mobile number is not for sale or for rent, and nobody else gets your texting consent to market with
- ▸STOP works on any message we send, including the very first one
The Standard We Hold Ourselves To
Marketing lists get washed before anyone dials. One filter is the National Do Not Call Registry, worked from a copy pulled inside the last 31 days. Another is the state list, wherever a state keeps one of its own. A registered number gets no marketing call from us at all, with two narrow exceptions the rules allow: written consent you gave us in advance, or an existing relationship of the kind the regulations already recognize.
Every outbound call from us starts with the company name and leaves you a callback number that reaches a person. A call carrying a prerecorded or synthetic voice says so up front and hands you a way out by voice or keypress inside the first few seconds. Recording and transcription happen on some calls for quality and compliance, disclosed before the conversation gets going.
- ▸We dial between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, clock set to wherever you are, and never on a Sunday or a federal holiday
- ▸One request covers every campaign and every number we dial from, not only the one that reached you
- ▸Our people and our automated systems draw from the same internal suppression list
- ▸The written procedure behind this page is kept current, staff are trained on it, and a copy is available on request
What Happens After You Ask
Removal is usually processed the same day. The outer limit we hold to is 10 business days, which is what federal rules under 47 CFR 64.1200 allow, and a text opt-out takes effect at the carrier immediately. Once a number is on the internal list it stays there permanently, and the record of the request is kept for at least 5 years so we can show when it arrived and how it was handled.
The list covers everything Digital Domination Marketing, LLC puts its name on. What it cannot do is reach a company we have nothing to do with, or pull your number out of a list some other business purchased years ago. If calls keep coming from elsewhere, the source is not us.
One narrow exception applies to active clients: transactional messages tied to work in progress may continue, such as a reply to a question you asked or a confirmation you requested. Tell us to stop those too and we will move everything to email.
If the Message Came From a Business We Work For
We build phone systems, review request flows, and messaging for local companies all over the valley: HVAC shops, dentists, attorneys, roofers. Sometimes a text from one of them mentions our name in the fine print, or arrives from a number we configured on their behalf.
When that happens, replying STOP to that message removes you from that company's list, which is where the request belongs. Or send a screenshot to privacy@digitaldomination.ai, and we will route it to the right business and confirm that it landed. Want off both lists at once? Say so and we will handle both.
For the record, the company behind this policy is Digital Domination Marketing, LLC, at 981 Baronet Dr Suite 500a, Las Vegas, NV 89138. Reach us on (702) 291-9580, or write to privacy@digitaldomination.ai. Every request gets logged the day it lands.

Questions we get asked
I replied STOP and still got one more message. What went wrong?
Usually a message that was already queued at the carrier when your STOP landed. It should be the last one. If anything arrives more than a day later, forward it to privacy@digitaldomination.ai with the number it came from and we will find out why, because at that point something is genuinely broken on our side.
Does stopping the texts also stop the phone calls?
Yes. We treat an opt-out as a full stop across channels rather than per channel, so a STOP reply suppresses marketing calls too. If you want it split, say which one you want to keep and we will set it that way. Splitting has to be requested, because the default is that everything stops.
My business line is on the National Do Not Call Registry. Why did it ring?
The registry is built around personal and residential numbers, and business to business calls sit outside much of it. A number can also ring because someone at your company submitted a form and consented. Either way, the registry status is beside the point once you ask us to stop: the request is honored the same as any other.
I never filled out anything. Where did you get my number?
Either from your published business listing or from a form someone at your company submitted. Ask, and the record comes back to you: the form, the page it sat on, the date, and the wording that was agreed to. If we cannot produce that record, the number should not have been dialed and we will say so.
Can I keep appointment reminders and drop the marketing?
Yes. Tell us which bucket you want to keep and we set the flags accordingly. Most people who ask are active clients who want confirmations and report links but nothing promotional. That combination is easy to configure and takes effect right away.
How can I confirm a call is really from Digital Domination?
Hang up and dial (702) 291-9580 yourself. Every genuine call from us opens with the company name and offers a callback number, and our office is at 981 Baronet Dr Suite 500a in Las Vegas. We will never ask for a password, a card number over the phone on a cold call, or access to your Google account before an agreement exists.
