What We Do With the Information You Give Us
Effective September 1, 2026. This covers digitaldomination.vegas and the company behind it, Digital Domination Marketing, LLC, 981 Baronet Dr Suite 500a, Las Vegas, NV 89138.
The Short Version
We collect what you type into our forms plus a little technical data your browser sends on its own. We use it to run the map audit you asked for and to talk with you about it. We do not sell it, and you can tell us to erase it.
Everything below is the same thing said slowly. If a line is unclear, call (702) 291-9580 and make us explain it. A policy nobody can read is not much of a policy.
- ▸We do not sell your information and we never have
- ▸We do not pass your phone number or your texting consent to anyone else for their marketing
- ▸Ask us to erase your record whenever you want, at privacy@digitaldomination.ai
- ▸This page covers this site only, not the websites we build and host for clients
What You Hand Over When You Ask for a Map Audit
The audit form asks for a name, a business name, a phone number, an email address, and usually a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Nothing beyond that, and nothing is captured behind the scenes that you did not see on the form.
Once it arrives, we look at public information about your business: how the profile is set up, which categories you chose, what reviews say, and where you land on the map from different corners of the valley. That research uses sources anyone can open in a browser. We do not need a login to your Google account, and if we end up working together, access is granted by you through Google's own permission screen and pulled back the same way.
Call instead of filling out a form and we note the same basics: who you are, what you run, where in the valley, and what you want fixed.
What Your Browser Leaves Behind
Opening a page here creates a short technical record: which pages you viewed, roughly where you were (city level, read from your IP address), what device you used, and which link or search sent you. Google Analytics handles that and sets cookies so one visit can be told from another.
Some pages also run call tracking, which is why the phone number can differ depending on how you arrived. That system logs the number you dialed from and how long the call lasted, then ties it back to the page or ad that produced it. Dial (702) 291-9580 directly and nothing gets attributed.
- ▸Analytics cookies, which you can block in your browser settings without breaking the site
- ▸Approximate location at the city level, never a street address
- ▸Referring source: a Google search, a paid ad, a link from another site, or a direct visit
- ▸Form submissions, including the time and the page you were on when you sent it
The Companies That Touch Your Data With Us
We run a small stack and we would rather name it than hide behind the phrase trusted partners. Form submissions land in HighLevel (LeadConnector), where our pipeline lives. The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics is Google. Calls and texts move across telephony carriers. Email runs through Google Workspace. Client card data sits on a payment processor's systems, never on ours.
Each one receives only what it needs and is bound by contract to use it for us rather than for itself. Your details do not go to other marketing agencies, list brokers, or data resellers, and we do not run lead sharing arrangements where one inquiry gets sold three more times.
Calls, Texts, and Recording
Opt in on a form and we may call or text you about the audit and about working together. Some of those calls run on automated dialing technology, and some reach an AI voice agent that identifies itself as one at the top of the call. Saying yes to contact has never been required to buy anything from us, and it never will be.
Calls with our office are sometimes recorded, with a transcript made from the recording, for quality and compliance reasons. We announce it before the conversation starts. Prefer not to be recorded? Say it and we will move to email or end the call. Your recordings are not used to train AI models, and our vendors are held to that same line in writing.
Turning it all off is covered on our do not call and text policy page. The one line version: reply STOP to a text, say do not call on a call, or email privacy@digitaldomination.ai.
How Long We Keep It, and How to Make Us Delete It
Retention is dull, so here it is quickly. A lead or client record lives as long as we work together, plus the span tax and legal rules oblige us to keep it. Consent records, meaning the wording you agreed to and the date, sit with us for 5 years at minimum, because we may be asked to produce them. Opt-out requests share that 5 year floor. A call recording is held 24 months at the outside, longer only while a dispute runs.
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email privacy@digitaldomination.ai from the address you first contacted us with, or call (702) 291-9580 so we can verify you another way. NRS 603A gives Nevada residents the right to tell a business to stop selling their covered information. We never started, so there is nothing here to stop, and a verified request still gets written confirmation from us inside 60 days.
When what we do changes, this page changes. The effective date at the top is how you can tell.

Questions we get asked
Does requesting the free audit give you access to my Google Business Profile?
No. The audit is built from information anyone can see: your public profile, your reviews, your categories, and how the map behaves in different parts of the valley. If you hire us, you grant access through Google's own permission screen as a manager, and you can remove that access yourself at any time without asking us.
Do you sell my information to other Las Vegas marketing companies?
No. Your inquiry stays with us. We have never traded, rented, or sold a contact record, and we do not take part in shared lead pools where one form fill turns into calls from four agencies. If you start getting pitched by other companies after contacting us, it did not come from here.
The phone number changed when I clicked over from an ad. What is that?
Call tracking. Different numbers are shown to different sources so we can tell which pages and ads actually produce phone calls. It records the calling number and the call length, nothing more. Dialing (702) 291-9580 straight from your contacts skips it entirely.
I am a Nevada resident. What can I make you delete?
Ask and we will remove what we are not legally required to hold: your contact record, your form submissions, and your call recordings. What stays is the narrow set of records the law requires us to keep, mainly proof of consent and proof that an opt-out request was honored. Send the request to privacy@digitaldomination.ai.
Can I use this site if I block cookies?
Yes. Blocking cookies turns off the analytics measurement and nothing else. Pages load, forms submit, and the phone number still works. You are not shown a different site or asked to accept tracking before reading anything.
You built my company's website. Does this policy cover the people who fill out my forms?
No. Your site carries its own privacy policy, and you are the business responsible for the customer data it collects. We act as a service provider on your behalf and handle that data only to run what you hired us to run. If your customers ask about data, the answer comes from your policy, not from this page.
