The Promise, the Fine Print, and Who We Say No To
Top three in the Google Map Pack inside twelve weeks or you do not pay, offered only after a call where we check whether it would be honest to offer it.
What Top Three Means When We Say It
Top three means one of the three business listings Google shows in the block above the regular results, for the search terms named in your agreement, measured from points across the service area named in your agreement. That is the entire definition. It is not first place on your own phone while you stand in your own parking lot, and it is not one flattering screenshot from a Tuesday afternoon.
The terms and the measuring points get written down at kickoff, before you have paid for any outcome, and neither side is allowed to change them afterward. That is the only version of this promise worth signing. Any company that will not tell you in advance which searches and which locations count has left itself a door to walk through in week twelve, and it will use it.
The Call That Decides Whether We Offer It
We do not extend the guarantee off a web form. It comes after a call, because there are real situations where promising a top three seat would be dishonest, and finding that out should cost you nothing.
Five things get checked on that call, and you will hear the answer to each one out loud:
- ▸Whether your profile is verified, in good standing, and tied to an address that survives a close look
- ▸Whether your category has room in that area, or whether the current top three are entrenched enough that twelve weeks is not a fair window
- ▸Whether your trade in that stretch of the valley is already spoken for, because a single company holds it
- ▸Whether you are willing to ask customers for reviews, because nothing we do replaces that
- ▸Whether your intake can absorb the calls, since ranking a business that cannot answer the phone helps nobody
Who We Turn Down
Saying no is not a posture here. Exclusivity plus an outcome promise means every yes closes a door in that part of the valley, so the filter has to be real.
- ▸Anyone whose trade and service area is already claimed by a client of ours
- ▸Profiles suspended over an address problem that is still unresolved, because that job is a reinstatement, not a ranking campaign
- ▸Brand new businesses with no verified listing, no reviews and no website, where twelve weeks from a standing start is not an honest window
- ▸Owners who tell us plainly that they will not ask customers for reviews
- ▸Companies that cannot take on more work right now, which is a straight answer we hear from HVAC shops in July
- ▸Anyone who wants us to touch a competitor's listing, file false reports, or post reviews no customer wrote
- ▸Categories where the monthly search volume in that service area is too thin to pay the work back, no matter how well we rank you
How the Twelve Weeks Get Scored
Measurement is agreed before week one and never adjusted after it. We read your position from a fixed set of points spread across the service area, for the agreed search terms, at week zero and again at week twelve, with weekly readings in between so the ending is never a surprise.
You get every reading, not a summary of them. You are also free to check us. Run the searches yourself from the addresses in the agreement, or hand it to somebody you trust. The method is deliberately plain enough that a person who has never worked in this industry can verify it.
- ▸Fixed measuring points, chosen with you, spread across the area under exclusivity
- ▸Fixed search terms, written down, with no swapping in an easier one near the finish
- ▸A week zero baseline, weekly readings, and a week twelve final read
- ▸Personalized results and your own signed in searches excluded, because those flatter everybody
One Business Per Trade Per Service Area
There are three seats. Nobody can honestly sell all three to competing companies in the same trade in the same part of the valley, so we sell one. When a Summerlin roofer already holds that seat, the second Summerlin roofer who calls gets a straight no and the reason behind it.
That constraint is what makes the guarantee possible instead of clever. It also means availability is a real limit, not a countdown timer on a sales page. When a seat is open we say so. When it is gone we tell you which areas next door are still free, and some of those are better business anyway: the newer zips out in the northwest and southwest are less contested than the corridors everyone fights over.
Week Thirteen, Both Ways
If you hold top three for the agreed terms, the engagement turns into holding it. That is separate work, priced separately, and you are free to walk instead. Positions churn harder in this valley than in a stable metro, so going quiet right after a win is the most common way a seat gets handed back to the company below you.
If you do not hold it, you do not pay for the outcome. The exact billing mechanics live in your agreement in plain sentences, and we read through them line by line on the qualification call so nothing about week thirteen is a surprise to either side. Questions we get asked
Top three for which search, exactly?
For terms agreed in writing at kickoff, pulled from what people in your area actually type. Usually that is your core service plus geography, the phrasing that carries buying intent rather than the biggest number on a keyword tool. We will not agree to a term that cannot be won, and we will not let you pick one so obscure that winning it means nothing on your calendar.
Measured from where? My office, or the whole valley?
From a spread of points inside the service area on your agreement, never from your desk. If your area is Henderson and Green Valley, the readings come from across Henderson and Green Valley. Nobody can guarantee a top three seat across all of Clark County, and any company selling you countywide coverage is quoting a product Google does not sell.
My profile was suspended two years ago. Does that disqualify me?
Not by itself. What matters is whether the cause is fixed. Nevada suspensions usually trace to an address that does not hold up: a virtual office, a shared suite with no staffed presence, a home address with signage issues, or a service area business listing a storefront it does not occupy. If the underlying problem is resolved and the listing is live, you can qualify. If it is not, that is the job to do first.
What happens if Google changes something in week nine?
Updates land and they can move an entire market at once. Our terms do not contain an escape clause for that, because a clause like it would make the promise worthless. What we do is read positions weekly, so a market wide shift shows up within days and we adjust, rather than discovering it during the final read.
Do I pay anything at all before week twelve?
There is a cost to run the work, and the outcome portion is the part at risk if we miss. That is the honest shape of it. The numbers depend on your trade and your area, they go in writing before you sign anything, and we walk you through them on the qualification call instead of posting a figure here that would be wrong for most people reading it.
Why twelve weeks and not thirty days?
Because the parts that move a map position move on that schedule. Category and service list corrections can register within a few weeks, since they decide which searches you even qualify to appear in. Review recency, new pages and outside corroboration compound across roughly eight to twelve. A thirty day promise means either a market with nobody in it or a story.
